At Cockroach Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Return Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Eligibility
Items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Not be damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and intimate wear
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be requested for:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product received
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, return shipping will be free.
- For size or preference-based returns, shipping charges may be deducted or borne by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before shipment confirmation
- Within 12 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs first
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Cancellation by Cockroach Apparel
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Operational constraints
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
